REMINDER TO CHECK COMPASS CALENDAR FOR SCHOOL EVENTS
Today we welcomed Jarvis Atkinson back to Gowrie St to talk to our 5/6 students. Jarvis has a powerful story to tell, not only about the many struggles he has overcome but also the work he is doing for the First People's Assembly on Treaty.
Jarvis was a Gowrie St student and we thank him so much for returning to talk to us giving us some very difficult but important things to think about, and some great things to strive towards in the future. Jarvis certainly demonstrates our school value of Determination. Thank you Jarvis for your visit and thanks so much to Aunty Lisa for organising Jarvis to come.
